Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for secondary students.
- Develop students' subject knowledge, critical thinking, and independent learning skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Integrate appropriate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.
